Barely noticed a difference however they are non slip and comfortable . The support arch is very small.

I love these. I work in a restaurant where I’m on my feet for at least 8 hours a day. I have very high arches and was having constant lower back pain. These were life savers. Easy to wear and the Velcro stayed put all day. They fit well and helped significantly with my lower back pain. I wear them all the time now.

The support was everything I needed and I love how it doesn’t only go in one shoe. It’s easy to adjust and provides the support I needed to keep my foot pain manageable.

I have very flat feet and have a hard time finding arch supports that don't hurt my feet or annoy me in some of my shoes. These work great and can be worn in any shoe. (even sandals if needed) I like that you can wear them over your socks so you don't have to wash them daily. I wipe them down with hand sanitizer and let them air dry every few uses. Would buy again.

It's comfortable, but the velcro is terrible. Gets very annoying to constantly adjust and readjust the velcro.
