Excellent quality and very robust. Makes fluffing up top soil and breaking up clods super easy and effortless. Also used to rough up bare areas of lawn for effective grass seed contact. Highly recommended.

I firmly believe now that I have tested.The SIX STAR is better but firstly wet the earth but just slightly.It works a treat.After finishing I found a blister in the middle of my RIGHT HAND.Have used it since with a handle fitted and this works very well.

Very useful early season lawn aerator that is sold strangely as a cultivator? I tried it in this roll when planting seeds and that works too. Very robust build and stars / wheels seem up to the task of penetrating even dry lawn in my case, made of mainly clay. Get one does in my opinion improve the gas / air exchange in the ground. Tool worth having and represents value for money.

Not a bad garden tool and generally well made and study, definitely a consideration if you want to tart up your beds without buying a cultivator. It works very well in loose or damp soil, less so when used on ground that is dry, compacted or hard. With a bit of elbow grease it'll do the job well and the large width to it makes doing large chunks a lot easier than some of the smaller cultivator tools. I wouldn't recommend for your grandad unless he's a unit as it's more on the heavier side of things due to the robust metal rotary spikes on it.

Did the job, seems quite robust

It arrived on time and is of good quality and good value. I have found it makes aerating the lawn very easy, better than using a garden fork.

Not suitable for lawns. Handle snapped within 5 mins. The spikes are useless. Save your money do not buy.

I love this tool, it help to break lumps of soil and prepare it for sowing. It’s simple but sturdy. I recommend it to every gardener
