After several days of use and some initial challenges, I'm thoroughly satisfied with this vacuum thanks to outstanding customer support and its impressive features. The vacuum offers powerful suction, effectively picking up dirt and debris from various surfaces. One standout feature is the built-in light, which excellently illuminates even the smallest particles on the floor that would otherwise go unnoticed. This makes thorough cleaning much easier, especially in dimly lit areas. When I initially had concerns about battery performance and noticed a rubber seal issue with the charging stand, customer service was exceptional. They responded promptly, explaining that my experience wasn't common, and quickly arranged for a replacement unit. Their fast and attentive support resolved all my concerns without hassle. The replacement vacuum has performed flawlessly! The battery life is completely sufficient for my cleaning needs, and the charging stand works perfectly - docking is straightforward and the self-emptying mechanism functions as designed. Given the premium features and excellent support, I now feel the price point is absolutely justified. An excellent vacuum overall. I have allergies so bag less vacuums are normally a terrible experience for me. This is a great solution with the vacuum emptying directly into the tower. I have small annoyances with it based on design. For example the on /off switch on the tower is positioned so that the stick vacuum easily shuts off the unit when docking. But this product is effective, durable, and innovative enough in design that I find it a good purchase.

This vacuum is probably the best cordless vacuum that empties itself that I have found. Decent suction and super handy self empty function that goes into a bag. Don't have a dust cloud over the trash can when you empty the vacuum. I really hate the two brush heads that everyone seems to be using now but I find the soft roller brush perfect for just about all my vacuuming needs. Floors and Area Rugs. Does not grab my oriental rug fringe. This is a new vacuum for the US market so filters and bags are a problem to find. I've had to go overseas to get replacements. Hopefully that will get better.

I have gotten 3 of these vacuums and I can now confidently say that this item isn’t even slightly worth the money, as all 3 items broke or didn’t even work brand new out of the box! Given that all 3 had issues, there’s no way it’s a coincidence that I just got a bad item. One of the 3 broke within the first 2 weeks when the rubber grommet on the the charging station became detached at the top and folded down which prohibited the vacuum from being docked which meant there was no way to charge it. Again- this was within 2 WEEKS of receiving it! The other of the 3, was bad out of the box. Something was faulty within the base station so it wouldn’t charge it when you docked it. And the third of the 3 stopped working on high within 2 months of use. If you turned it on high it wouldn’t immediately shut off and medium and low speeds were cut down to about 50% suction power. So disappointed in this product.

I absolutely love this vacuum! The blue light really illuminates all the debris on the floor, which helps to clean up so well! If I advance the suction level the battery goes a little fast but I can vacuum my entire first floor and still have 50% left over. My home is over 2700 square feet, so it’s a lot of floor to cover. Works well on both hard floors and carpet.

The vacuum works great, but theres no support for it anymore, you can't get replacement bags for the tower. Other than that I dont have any complaints.

Love this vacuum. Unfortunately there are 4 things that prevent me from 5 stars. First what I love about it, is it's lightweight, suction is great, convenience and the self emptying tower. The reason for purchasing is due to a severe skin condition in my house and I have to vacuum at least 4x a day. Battery charges in 3 hrs but at half power you only get about 35 mins of use. The power button is in a bad spot, so you have to watch putting it on the tower, so you don't accidentally turn off. I wish they had a light on the soft roller head. My biggest complaint is I would like to purchase extra battery and charger. Can't find one and don't know where to contact. Searched everywhere. Not finding another battery and charger is my biggest complaint. The reason for the 4 stars.

I have had this vacuum a couple of months now and I can honestly say it’s better than Dyson! If lasts longer on power mode, the dump feature into the bag is way less messy, the tools are perfect, it is lighter weight, we love it!
