This is a cute novelty toy that also serves really well as a nightlight. My son enjoys watching the jelly fish floating around. If you've ever seen real jelly fish at the aquarium, you'll know that this is exactly how they look like too. It's very unique. He also likes being able to change the color of the background. Sometimes he will fall asleep just watching the jelly fish floating around. Setup is super easy. All you have to do is add water and turn it on. They're enjoyable for kids decor too.

This jellyfish lamp is super cute and fun to watch. It has many colors it can cycle from or you can leave it on your favorite color. It is like a spiritual successor to the lava lamp. It should be easier to maintain than a lava lamp because there's no goo that can burn and go bad. I use this in my bedroom as an ambient light when watching movies. It removes my stress and makes me feel relaxed. Sometimes my cats get interested and watch it too. Definitely connect it to a USB power source so you don't waste AA batteries though.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift and was beautiful at first. Not difficult to set up and looked great in my teenagers room. The problem is that it broke within two months. Just would not turn on one day. It was placed on a dresser, never messed with and occasionally used, as intended, so I would say the quality is pretty poor.

This jellyfish lamp is a great addition to the calming objects in my office. The colors are bright but can be controlled to be dimmed if needed. The movement of the jellyfish themselves is mesmerizing. I highly recommend! This was a re-order for me, as my original lamp started to leak after using it for over a year. The company was easy to work with and quickly offered a reasonable solution to replace my lamp.

The colors were fantastic and the light settings were great BUT I would not call this a soothing lamp. The fan at the bottom moving the jellyfish would blow hard so that the jellyfish were super jerky. If they had a setting to decrease the fan speed I think that would be super helpful. The set up was super easy though.

This is an excellent night light that offers great value for the price. It’s easy to use, performs as expected, and looks great too. I’m very happy with my decision to buy it as a gift for the holidays.
