good build quality. Heavier than expected, which shows the quality. I think these will last a long time. Nice beveled edge great for scraping.

This spatula seems sturdy after several months of use, has a reasonable sharp edge for getting under crusted items in the skillet, and can be pressed with enough force to smash a burger without bending. It's not quite wide enough for smashing a 2oz. patty out completely, but you can smash and roll and smash again with good effect. My main complaint regarding this item is that the quality of the Stainless Steel used is low. I have so many SS implements in my kitchen, some which are hand-me-downs over 50 years old, others I got 10+ years ago as wedding presents - many washed daily in the dishwasher. However when this item is run through the dishwasher, it develops small oxidations of rust. They can be scrubbed off with a ScotchBrite pad and some hard work for a few minutes, but come back after dishwashing again. I wanted to love this spatula - but it's just ok. Not awful for the price, but I'd purchase differently if I had to do it again - I want something I'll give to my kids one day.

This Flipper is easy on the wristsyet aggressive enough to smash through a half thawed pound of hamburger. The metal construction is definitely sturdy... I recommend this item!

Plastic handle is kinda flimsy but metal spatula part is good
