I wasn't quite sure what to expect with this. Sometimes these can be a bit rickety, but I needed a towel rack to replace the paper towels I was keeping on my half bath counter. I kept trying to find a wall mount one, but just couldn't find one I liked. So, I decided to give this one a go and it was worth it. It comes in pieces but it's super easy to put together. It's sturdy, much sturdier than I would have thought. The base gives it some heft, so it doesn't lean or fall over when you put a tissue on it. It balances perfectly on a countertop, which is also a nice surprise. The T-Bar is a nice length, so you could have 2 small towels or one larger one like the picture shows. The color is a brushed gold. It's not bronze but think more of a matte deep soft gold. It looks really expensive and well made. The only caveat I will give is that it is much larger than I expected. I was putting this in a half bath on a pedestal sink. It was a bit large in that setting but still worked because of the size of sink we had.

I love this towel holder. I actually bought two of them. I find it very sturdy and so easy to assemble. I know some reviewers did not like the extended piece that makes the holder taller for Kitchen towels, but I actually thought the extension fit very nicely and looked like one clean line. I like the gold finish, which has not chipped or rusted for the several months I have owned this product. Also, some reviewers said that the towel holder tipped when they took their towel off. I have not found that to be the case at all. Also, I like the t-bar of the towel holder because I can put two towels on it at once. All and all, I really like this product and would recommend.

I do not have a place for a wall mounted hand towel holder so this works great. It doesn't take up much counter space and with the extension holds my 28" long hand towels. A longer towel will not work unless you do some creative folding. Seems sturdy enough. Looks good.

We use our towel holder beside the kitchen sink, which means it gets used a lot. The finish also gets drips and splashes, a lot. After several months of daily heavy use, I'd buy another in a heartbeat. The quality is good and the base is nicely weighted to prevent tip overs.

This is a very nice towel bar. I would give it five stars, if it had a non-slip bottom. (It too easily slides around the bathroom sink top.)

Perfect size and sturdy don’t turn over with using the hand towel

I really thought this towel stand would be perfect for our guest bathroom, the color matched our decor perfectly and it came in 2 lengths. But in reality the base is not heavy enough to keep it from flopping around when you take the towel from the rack. Initially I used the longer stem as it fit nicely on our sink counter but it never stayed upright when grabbing the towel, so I changed to the shorter length. It's steadier than the long length but it still flops around when you take the towel. Not entirely pleased but I needed something fast.
