This was a Father’s Day gift for my husband. I love that it is lightweight and easy to use. It has great heat distribution and keeps all areas at the right temperature. It fits great on our grill and on our gas stove. The surface isn’t almost completely non-stick and that makes it easy to clean. I think it is a great piece and worth the price.

I absolutely love this thing, great weight, great cooking surface, perfect for gas range inside outside or Traeger. Solid build, metal handles so you don’t need to worry about them getting burned off. Great even heating as well. I seared steaks on it, cooked pancakes, bacon, french toast…all came out beautifully. Highly recommend.

It’s a nice, quality piece of metal. It comes preseasoned, but requires a few more coats to build a good surface. Did some beef chuck burgers, bacon, and eventually some eggs with great results. Even tried it on an induction top, oven, and camping dual burner stove. However, this comes with some limitations. It’s quite large and too big for a normal 30” cooktop, as it can run into the controls or range bevels. You can do some maneuvering and use two at odd angles or a single large burner but at loss of function. Additionally, while I appreciate the aesthetic of the bevel, it can allow unintended spillage of oils when pouring instead just soaking with towels. Also the handles get extremely hot and I am not sure I would even consider leather handle holders with splattering oils. Finally, I think carbon steel may be a little too high maintenance for something I want to use on my home grill, camping grill, and induction top.

I bought this cookware set as a Father’s Day gift, and hubby LOVED it. He has used it almost every day since he got it. Veggies, burgers, chicken—you name it. The results are always perfect. It’s sturdy, heats evenly, and cleans up easily. I’ve never seen him get this excited about cookware before. Highly recommend if you’re shopping for someone who loves to grill or cook at home!

Where to start: (1) didn’t fit in my oven due to handles and I have a full-size oven, (2) description states that you don’t need to season like cast but instructions tell you to. (3) didn’t fit on my stove top in either direction and the handles protrude so much that they’re could easily burn you and ruin your backsplash if used vertically. Unusable. I never return anything so I thought I’d give as a present to a friend……and would fit any of their ovens. Finally returned. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy

what beautiful quality and fantastic addition to the kitchen ... great on gas... great on induction and i will be using it on the BBQ as well ... very happy with purchase and the quality of the item itself...

This is an amazing quality griddle. It sits flat to my stove and fits it perfectly and offers great even cooking. My old non stick griddle didn't sit flush to my burners and the food was difficult to cook food well on since it lacked even heat distribution. Plus the non stick stopped working within a few times of using it. Not with carbon steel. It gets seasoned over time, looks so nice I keep it out all the time and worth the investment. I did purchase the leather handles off the website but it was so worth it! I would recommend it to the home chef

Excellent quality

This lightweight, easy clean griddle is perfect on my gas hob. I have been using it for almost everything possible. Great for breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, burgers and any meat you'd fry or barbecue really. It comes preseasoned but I'd recommend seasoning it yourself before use, I used it for a week or two consistently before it was really non stick for eggs but it's a dream now. If using inside you'll need good airflow via extractor fan or close to a window.
