I am a tea drinker and only use loose tea. For years I've heated water in the microwave and used a french press for my tea. But my microwave needed repair and I really didn't like the idea of heating a pan of water (I do it when dry camping). So I looked at kettles and this came up. I love it. I love that it has a screen right in the lid. Filling it is easy from my filter on my fridge. I like that it has different heat setting for different teas. I heats up fast and works great. The auto shut off is also a nice feature. And the "beep" isn't as annoying as my microwave. I only use this now for tea. I don't know how long it will last, but I do clean it once a week, and only use filtered water in it (our city water is horrible). Great buy for little cost.

I just only used this 2X already and it works great !! Water boils in about 2 minutes depending on how much water you put in it . I did find out however you should ONLY USE filtered water !!! Because if you use just tap water it leaves spots on the bottom from the regular water, it does tell you that in the manual , which obviously I over looked when reading it. I haven’t used the coffee/tea holder inside it yet , but it looks very simple to understand how to do it. So far I just love it and the way it lights up . It looks so cool !!! I highly recommend this product !!!

Love this kettle, heats water quickly, easy to use in. Great quality good price. Easy to clean by adding vinegar to the water and boil it.

This Electric Kettle is really easy to handle and the colors that define the temperature are also super cute and give it a different vibe. With that being said, it heats up really fast and really good! Just make sure to not fill it up to high as when it starts to boil it will start to leak from the top since the water is jumping and rising. Also, don't put anything in here that isn't water. I had a friend but milk in it once and the stains were hard to take off but eventually worked. The size of this kettle is appropriate and very durable. the safety of this item is understandable for an adult. Just ensure to not have a child touch the glass as it is hot, but the handle is very cool and you don't have to worry about burning yourself, and it is also really good to have the temp buttons on the same handle as you can change it while it's hot and you won't get burned. The on and off button is also very convenient, big enough that you can't miss it and very easy to switch. There are watermarks afterwards but the usage of the kettle is at 100%.

This Chefman 1.2 electric tea kettle is a perfect size. The glass is made of borosilicate glass. This type of glass handles high heat without cracking , higher durability, extends life longevity, retains the heat for a longer period of time and does not transfer taste, allowing you to purely, enjoy what you are eating or drinking . The kettle heats well, evenly, has a pre-lit light that allows you to know when the water is heating. And the kettle size is great for pouring not heavy and bulky like bigger kettles and pours drip free. I own several of the Chefman kettles and have for over 10 years. The quality of glass material and stainless steel craftsman ships is of great quality. Very pleased with these kettles , they have never disappointed me ! Note: They are great during cold &flu season, remove the stainless steel infuser, slice lemons, oranges and ginger add some honey and the kettles makes a great simmer kettle. Enjoy !

I love drinking tea, so the Chefman electric kettle has been a great addition to my daily routine. It heats water quickly and works perfectly for making tea whenever I want, without any hassle. It’s simple to use, efficient, and reliable. since we’re at altitude the kettle never shuts off because it never reaches 212°, and without an actual temperature gauge reading on there never quite sure how hot the water is. Other than that a nice little kettle it is pretty quick easy to use just not suitable for our purposes. Replaced it with the Nelo, which despite the manufacturer name change is actually the same product from Intertek, but the Nelo has a digital display so you know what the temperature actually is and the Nelo also knows it has gotten as hot as it’s going to, which is 204° at our altitude, and then turns the pot off. They are both very similar looking and easy to handle, though a bit bulky and heavy even at only 500 mL of water however… Based on packaging and overall build quality it is evident that the chef man is a cheaper “budget” version of the Nelo. Again, both come from China and both have the same product number from the company Intertek. the Nelo will work on the chef man base but not the other way around. The chef man has a much easier to deal with two conductor cord, while the Nelo has a heavy uncompromising three prong grounded cord which is a big nuisance.

Very impressed with the function and the appearance of this kettle. I am using this just for boiling water for my flowering tea and my combucha at the same time. It quietly (and beautifully) boils 7 cups of water in well under 5 minutes and then shuts off. This was purchased on Cyber Monday for less than half of the current price.

Literally love this kettle. The only thing is that the steeper isn’t going down deep enough into the machine, which means if I want to brew coffee, I have to brew a whole pot of coffee or else the water won’t reach the coffee grinds in the filter as well as tea if I want to brew tea, I have to brew two or three bags at a time in order for the tea to reach the water. Can’t just make one cup, which is kind of annoying other than that the kettle is great. And beautiful the lights are cute. It works really fast. The water boils extremely quickly. I find the ability to hide this cord in a circle underneath the plate is also a nice feature. It says on my counter and stops me from having to worry about getting knocked over people have said that the kettle is wobbly while it’s on the plate, but that’s only because the plate is light and when there’s no water in the kettle, it isn’t really wobbly. It’s just not securely flat because of the cord being on the bottom, it would be impossible for it to be flat but when there’s water in the kettle, there’s nothing it’s not wobbly at all. If you’re worried about a wobbly kettle, don’t leave water on the pot after a boil take it off and put it on the counter. It could be warm the glasses warm the handle is not warm so when you have boiled water and you wanna take it off the plate so it’s not wobbly just put it on top of a pot holder. Delivery came fast by the way. As well, you might wanna consider buying the one that’s like new condition they state that you might not get a box or packaging, but I got everything that everybody else gets. I checked online the box the wrapping, and the it was not sealed yet it looked new. Perfect condition and I got money off for because it was opened already.

Muy buena calidad se ve muy elegante y calienta muy bien y rápido. Y si se apaga sola cuando ya calentó bien el agua. Si la recomiendo.
