You'll need to take it down during windy and rainy weather, and change it at least every three months, due to some color fading. But applying a bit of super glue to the ending threads can help avoid early tearing and wear. Overall, this is a great option for proudly displaying the UAE flag, as long as you're prepared to replace it regularly to keep it looking its best.
