These books are very easy to use and very helpful they keep everything in one book I'm a nurse and I love mine

I'm one who takes notes when I visit the doc, so was anxious to get this tool. But when I go to see the doc, everything that happened at that visit is kept together, not scattered into different sections . BUT, this booklet has a place for everything - your personal info, & "ICE" (in case of emergency) info; pages to list all the docs you see; all sorts of logs, such as immunization logs & prescriptions & supplements; & a place to track vital signs; doctor visit log; etc. I'll use it since I have it, but going from section to section for the same visit - well, will have to get used to that.

I love this book so much more than I expected. Though it is for a caregiver I'm using it for myself with my fibromyalgia and other health problems.. Plus blank pages for doodles or notes . For a book like this if you can find one the price would be much higher but for Amazon's price I love it plus it has more in it than a book you would buy at a regular store, it's the perfect size
