Absolutely love this fireplace!The R.W.FLAME Electric Fireplace exceeded my expectations. Shipping was incredibly fast, and although I had a bit of trouble with the assembly, customer service was quick, detailed, and super helpful. The quality of the product and the support team both deserve more than 5 stars. Highly recommend!

We already had one of these from the same manufacturer and we liked it, so when we wanted one for our walk out basement apartment, we looked a t many others but settled on this one. This is like the same one we have but the flame pattern is more realistic. Many of these have a flame that radiates from the center up and outwards, but in a real fireplace the flame radiates up and toward the center, where the flue is. And this electric fireplace flame pattern is like the real thing, it goes up and toward the center, like a real fire. We almost wanted to take this one for ourselves, because we like it so much better, but we installed in our apartment. It is very nice!

Our wood burning fireplace is in need of expensive repairs in order for us to be able to use it. So instead of staring at a big empty hole, I decided to find an electric model to fit the space.The measurements on this fireplace were close enough to the opening, that it fits right in perfectly and it looks like it was always there.It comes with an easy to use remote control with included batteries. The remote can change the color of the logs, as well as the flames. It can change the brightness and the speed. It can also turn on the heater.The heater has 2 speeds and actually gets quite hot. Depending on the size of the room, it will probably warm it up nicely.To me, the logs and flames are not very realistic, thus the 4 stars. But for the price I paid, I can't expect more. I consider this fireplace a good value and a quality product. If I ever decide to put the money into repairing our brick fireplace, I will likely move this unit to another room.

When we purchased our house it had a fireplace downstairs the owner had gutted and just had the outer shell. We wanted to tear it out but decided to keep it. We found a good number of sizes they had! I got the closest I could find and it turned out amazing. Our basement living room is so cozy now and this thing puts out warm air way better than a cheaper fireplace/entertainment center we have. The color and brightness change is a nice feature to have depending on the mood. Great quality and highly recommend!

This item worked great for a few weeks then started going off and flashing lights like it had short in it. Goes off by self so it over 30 days so I guess I’m stuck with something that does not work.

We stopped using our gas fireplace. We never tried an insert until this year(2025). I like it! The heater gives the livingroom a nice cozy look and warmth. The flames comes in several different colors & so does the logs. It has a timer on it. I feel much safer using this fireplace insert than fooling around with a gas one. The price was reasonable too.

Letting you know that this product was purchased in 2021 and some type of electrical popping noise with fre and smoke and a visible flame happened. By just turning on the device and not yet choosing a heat setting, and electrical element popped and caught fire causing a lot of smoke. Even after unplugging the electrical cord from the wall, it still had a visible flame inside. I just wanted you to be aware of this so that your design engineers can troubleshoot the problem before these go to the assembly line. Thanks
