I had a very nasty blister on the back of my foot from a pair of sneakers that never quite fit right and it was extremely painful and the band-aids I was using just were not cutting it. I researched for blister care on Amazon and this was one of the recommended products and it worked. I would place a new bandage after my shower and I could forget about it for 4-5 days and then I would replace it. Could it have lasted longer, yes, at it was still very difficult to remove, even after following the directions, but each time I replaced it, I could see the injury getting better. I would recommend these for anyone who gets blisters and the such and needs something that will stay in place through exercise, showers, and daily wear.

Best blister product I’ve found. It’s able to stay in place and reduce pain for around 4/5 intense miles of running. But at that point it needs to be replaced as it will be lost in your shoe.

I bought these for a trip to Europe where we walked 20,000 steps/ say and it saved my butt..along with good running shoes. They stay on for days, provide cushioning and allow your blisters to heal.

These are great for any kind of wound/cut/blister that needs time to heal without taking off the bandage every couple of days!
