I had enormous expectations for this Hansgrohe Flexaplus S waste and overflow set. Unfortunately after removing the original bath overflow waste, it was immediately apparent on offering up the Hansgrohe product to the overflow hole, that the overflow end was far too big to ensure a flush fit at the back of the bath. The only way I could have fitted the overflow/waste plug controller end, would have been to increase the size of the overflow hole in the bath by cutting a larger hole to ensure a watertight seal. This was something I was just not prepared to do, especially as I neither had the correct tool to make the hole larger, but more importantly, I was worried that by even attempting to enlarge the existing overflow hole, I would end up cracking the fibreglass and ruining my bath. The actual product itself, is, in my opinion, extremely well constructed. It is made of high quality plastic material, typically excellent Hansgrohe manufacturing. It is just a huge shame that it was never going to fit what I subsequently discovered/appeared, to be a standard size overflow hole for a U.K. bath. I ended up having to go to my local very well known plumbing/hardware supplier to buy a product that fitted my bath straight out of the box and performs the same function as the Hansgrohe unit. I had no option, but to return the Hansgrohe product back to Amazon.

For the price paid I would have expected this to have a metal or chrome finish rather than the tacky plastic finish it does have. Very poor quality item for the price paid and I would have expected more from such a name. Won't be buying any other products from this company.

Beaucoup d'appréhension avant de l'installer car dans ce domaine il y a souvent des déboires. Prévu pour toute baignoire normale, il s'installe facilement. La sortie est orientable. Et une fois installé c'est beau et cela fait solide. Le bémol est dans l'orientation de la sortie qui a un angle mort (à 2 heures) qui manque de chance pour moi correspondait à l'accès au tuyau d'évacuation existant. Il a fallu mettre un tuyau souple pour arranger ce point. L'autre bémol est dans la jointure d'avec la baignoire, le joint se faisant par en-dessous. Si votre baignoire n'a pas une surface lisse à son revers alors il se peut que l'étanchéité ne soit pas optimale. Le graissage du joint permet de corriger les éventuelles fuites.

Bonde qualitative et simple d'installation. Seul tout petit regret, la grille de vidage en plastique blanc, j'aurais préféré qu'elle soit également chromée, mais ça reste une pièce assez peu visible

Le produit même s'il est encore en PVC gris fait sérieux et est simple à monter. 2 points ne sont cependant pas conformes à ce que j'attendais car la description du produit n'y fait pas allusion: * le cache trop-plein en ABS chromé abrite un caoutchouc qui réhausse le niveau du trop-plein de quelques centimètres: inutile pour moi * la pièce qui se visse au fond de la baignoire pour fixer la bonde n'est pas en métal chromé mais en ABS blanc: dommage car c'est ce que croyais voir à tort sur les photos. J'ai apprécié l'outil en plastique fourni pour visser à l'intérieur de la baignoire les 2 coupelles en fond de baignoire et au trop-plein. Bref, le Flexaplus convient mais étant données les caractéristiques du produit fourni, j'aurais pu avoir moins cher chez Nicoll par exemple.
