Lovely, sharp, robust scissors. Perfect size. Of course, being so sharp, care must be taken when cutting around sides of nail. But, being easy to use , this should not be a problem. I had a pair of Ernest Wright & Son nail scissors for years which were, to me, the créme de la créme but sadly, the owner passed away and the new company, although they still make superlative scissors, do not do nail ones. However, I am delighted to have discovered 3 Swords, with whom I shall purchase nail scissors from in the future. Very good price for quality of this kind.

Not had these small, slim, sharp scissors very long but I purchased to cut my toe nails after soaking them. They are very sharp and with being so slim, they can get along the awkward parts of the nails. Im hoping that the german engineering applied to these scissors will last a long, long time.. we shall have to wait and see. They are not very long so they are extremely easy to handle and manipulate around small toe nails. They are all metal so they are easy to wash and/or sterilise if need be. I would say they are about 3 inches long.. I think,, ive not measured them but they are just like good, old-fashioned, slim, sharp scissors that we used to be able to buy anywhere in GB in the past. I will purchase another pair while they have them as they are like gold-dust to find these days. They also come in their own little black pouch which is really handy and keeps them nice and safe. I hope they last a long time as they are perfect for my tiny toe nails. I'm sure they would work well for lots of other applications too. Wish I could give them 10 stars !

Well made scissors, size and texture, with rounded edges for finger holders, but is it me or the blades not "extra sharp" as advertised? They just slide over the nails, and cut once force is applied.. will be sharpening them. Rather disappointed..

Excelente par de tijeras, aunque les estoy dando un uso del cual no están creadas , han excedido su funcionamiento, se siente ensambladas demasiado bien , no tengo queja alguna sobre las tijeras las recomendo bastante

"3 Swords Germany - brand quality STAINLESS STEEL INOX CURVED combined NAIL / CUTICLE SCISSORS with case" We originally bought the old version of these scissors, before they switched to making them out of stainless steel, when they were still nickel-plated carbon steel apparently, and the handle part were paint-coated (now also a pleasant to touch, non-slippery smooth sating stainless steel finish). The old ones we've purchased quite a while ago developed an issue on surfaces that had grinding marks or the nickel-plating was otherwise disturbed with branding marks etc., but even they were otherwise good scissors, never became loose at the joint, never got dull, never failed to cut anything from tough nails to tiny delicate corners, splits, hangnails, cuticles -- and were as strong as they were precise, never bending or missing a cut even at the thinnest, pointiest end where the blades of the scissors have a concave grind, making the points delicate enough to reach into the tightest spots, and still cut through even tough bits -- they only suffered from the cleaning and disinfecting process because of the rust issue, despite trying to use mineral oil when the problem was noticed. Now the new version, made of stainless steel, looks to have the same good overall quality, toughness, and reliable precision of cutting, but without the worry of it ever rusting. What's arguably even more impressive, is the quality assurance, guarantee, and customer care of the seller / manufacturer here on Amazon (3 Swords Germany), the level of support and pride and confidence, how they stand behind their product and make good on promises, not just through big words like so many others, but in practice and in actions. When advised of the issue that developed with the previous version of their product, obviously they switched to stainless steel whilst maintaining the overall quality, toughness, and precision. What's more, they not only replaced the old version, but sent a pair of the new stainless steel, improved version of the old model without delay or any hesitation, without any attempt to stall or find excuses. And the replacement arrived in only a few short days as well, in its newer version packaging with the leatherette pouch sporting that classy snap faster in the shape of the '3 Swords' emblem (nice detail / touch, doesn't have a cheap look and feel either, not cheaply stamped). Combining the product quality and attention to detail, sturdiness and precision and reliability with that level of customer service even a fairly long time after the original purchase, as soon as they were advised of the issue that developed with the older version of their product, is impressive, and I think really deserves top rating overall, full 5 stars. I don't feel that confident too often about both product and seller at the same time (often the product is fine, but the seller, price / value, shipping, or overall experience not so much, and vice versa, sometimes the seller is a pleasure to deal with, but the product is barely adequate, if at all) -- which is why I rarely post a review despite having purchased hundreds, thousands of products here, on Amazon, and through Amazon U.S., Amazon France, Amazon UK, and a few others occasionally, over time. Due to that volume of purchases, and time constraints, I tend to only do it when especially displeased. Or when especially impressed and pleased by both product quality and seller -- as in this case. Habe mir diese Nagelschere vor einer Weile gekauft und bin wieder sehr zufrieden. Solch ein Modell hatte ich bereits früher einmal und war damals auch sehr zufrieden. Nachdem diese alte irgendwann mal kaputt ging (eingene Schuld: völlige Zweckentfremdung), hatten wir eine Weile eine andere Art Nagelschere, die vorn sehr dünn wurde. Dadurch war diese sehr instabil wenn etwas mehr Druck für einen größeren Zehennagel notwendig war :). Da ich das nicht mehr aushielt, habe ich mir wieder solch ein Modell zugelegt und bin nun wieder völlig zufrieden. Durch die gebogene, sehr stabile und sehr scharfe Klinge ist das schneiden nun wieder ein Kinderspiel.

Coupent remarquablement bien. Adoptés par toute la maison. Fin et très coupants. Avec étui de protection pratique pour le transport.
