I purchased INSUTAM DARK SPOT REMOVER FOR FACE in early January 2024. I have freckles and dark spots and uneven tone on my face. No other product has helped me. I’ve spent a lot of money to cover my dark spots and freckles. I read the reviews and was excited to try started using INSUTAM DARK SPOT REMOVER I started using INSUTAN DARK SPOT REMOVER for my dark spots and freckles for only a week and I’m pleased with this product. I see a difference, dark spots have already lightened, not as quick, since it’s only about a week. It’s light on my face and not greasy or oily. Very easy application. I apply INSUTAN FADE DARK SPOT REMOVER in the morning with my usual face cleansing before applying makeup. I also use INSUTAN DARK SPOT REMOVER in the evening after removing makeup . Highly recommended and no regrets. One happy customer. BTW, I trust the product that I bought 2. Do not waste your money. Does not work. I have and am in the process of trying products that work. This does not!

I’m a 48 yo female with dark spots on chest from sun damage and age. I’m also going to use it on my jawline where I have the same sun damage. So excited to see future results with this product. This company provided excellent service by shipping fast and packaging was brand new sealed in plastic shrink wrap so I’m confident it hasn’t been opened and used before. The price was amazing for the amount received. 3 month update: I'm reordering this product because it did work within a week for me. My face and chest coloring evened out and dark spots disappeared. Since I've been out of this product for a month and I was exposed to the sun, I'm hoping it reverses some of my current sun damaged skin as well as it did the first time. I love it and had no burning or peeling or any problems that other customers experienced.

I have only used this product for a week and I think I see a little bit of fading. I like the fact that it’s a cream and it moisturizes my skin, I am very hopeful that it will remove my dark spots completely.

As you see from the picture, this product caused major burns, raw skin, and now major discoloration. I used it every other day in certain spots for minor marks from blemishes. Before I knew it, my face was on fire. Although I stopped using this, the damage was done. It worked on my forhead!! Never again, I just wanted to speed up the fade process of a few marks. Buyer be aware, this may cause more harm than good!

I’ve only been using this product for 2 weeks but I can see the difference on my cheeks from sun damage I have. I use it at night like directed. It goes on smooth and dries colorless. It has no odor. My skin feels moisturized in those spots! I can’t wait to see after a few months use!

As for any dark spot topical product I was skeptical, but for the cost thought it was worth a try. After 30+ days I didn't see any change to the 4 areas I applied this serum to, on my face. It went on easily, a little goes a long way... but as a moisturizer. Not surprised, just disappointed.

After 3-4 nights of use, my skin started peeling, like it would with a prescription level Retinoid. I'm giving it 5 stars b/c my 2 Seb. Keratoses peeled off and it's inexpensive. Mild peeling continued for about a week. My skin was very sensitive after that so I used Aquaphor for 2 nights and then back to regular moisturizer. I repeated the process 2 weeks later and the exfoliation was more mild. My brown spots have faded just a little and I will repeat this again in another week. It's not as strong as Hydroquinone or Lasers, but I'm trying to avoid those treatments, esp. Hydroquinone which is banned in some countries.
