This product works well. When I bought this and used it for the first time I was impressed by how quickly it started working. It lasted longer than 8 hours. It's better than the extra strength acetaminophen I have used for years and it has a lower amount of the acetaminophen that I took for so long. The ibuprofen is a lower dose than if you were taking it by itself.

These work great for my aches and pains. 20 years in law enforcement wreaked havoc on my lower back. These are very effective to alleviate some of the pain.

Cost not bad. It's worth it. Just not strong enough for the pain I go through and getting to the stomach lining.
