Good build quality and sound but need to upgrade AI and FREE music app support and synchronisation apart from limited spotify and jio savan because alexa struggles to search music and other contents and hardly understands you when said something apart from routine. Like when I say play Bhajan, in the morning Alexa starts all the way, same bhajan list every day which feels boring after few days of use so it needs a serious upgradation in part of AI.

Simply great, even if it's refurbished, it works like a charm. My old unit stoped working randomly, amazon replaced it with a new one, but the process for the same could have been much more easy
