Q: Will this work on Mikrotik brand equipment?

Your mileage may vary depending on the equipment you're using, but I'm using one to connect between my Mikrotik CRS226 (SFP+ port 1) and my Ubiquiti US-16-XG and it works great.

Q: Will this work to connect a ubiquiti switch to an HP 1910 series switch?

Not , the two ports of 10Gb/s SFP+ DAC just for Ubiquiti, and the HP 1910 series is gigabit, our DAC is 10Gb/s. If you need one port for HP and one for Ubiquiti, please feel free to contact us ,we also provide customized.

Q: Will these cables work on Brocade / Ruckus switches?

They worked great on my Brocade 10Gig ports. I also used them on Dell and Mikrotik without problems.

Q: Mikrotik rb2011 and ubiquiti es-16-150w - both have sfp ports can i use this cable to connect them? is the sfp+ cable backwards captablie with sfp?

Mikrotik rb2011 and ubiquiti es-16-150w is gigabit equipments, and our regular cables are 10Gb/s. Thus it can't connect. But we also have cables can connect, please feel free to contact us.
