They work well, like other charcoal capsules I've used, mainly to settle my stomach. I use it mostly for heartburn and acid reflux issues. I especially like the size and value for money.

I like the product, but the big bold 1600 numbers written on the packaging is a bit deceptive, you have to take four pills to get that amount. Nevertheless the product is good.

I have taken two tablets every two or three days. I can tell it is very effective. It also seems to really absorb the toxic debris. I can tell it's working but l do not feel detox-yucky.

I bought these Activated Charcoal pills to take with a parasite cleanser to absorb any toxins that were released. I had done research on it and found out that it's recommended to take them when doing any type of colon cleanse. Seemed like it worked well but don't be surprised when you see your feces looking black ...that was a weird looking surprise to say the least lol.
