New Replacement Samsung BN59-01199F TV Smart Remote Control for All LCD LED 3D Curved 4K UHD HDTV Models

I’ve had a Smart TV close to seven years. Recently the TV began to freeze unexpectedly while watching a movie. A red light would blink repeatedly. I telephoned Samsung And the technician suggested that it could be a problem with the remote. He gave me the number for the Samsung authorized dealer. But when I called I was unable to get through to speak to someone. So I went on Amazon and found this remote which matched my TV model number. The model number is located on the back of the TV. The remote arrived the next day and it worked perfectly. And the shipping was free. I seriously doubt the Samsung dealer could match the price or service.

Our remote control that came with our TV had been dropped on a tile floor a few times during normal use and we needed to replace it due to some damage to the plastic cover over the battery compartment. I love that the new remote control is exactly the same- no learning curve- we just continued to use as normal. This made it so user friendly! The design is sleek, easy to hold, read and use.

Identical to original and worked immediately, but the plastic is cheap feeling although it doesn't matter that much. Outside of that it's exactly what you're looking for and think it is.

Excellent product, had to buy a new after my dog chewed up the expensive one I had before. I was sceptic at first since it is a bargain price .... I thought what the heck for this price I will give it a try , glad I did! It works performs just as well as the mega expensive ones, works great with my smart tv! Great! Took out of the package and was able to use right away (after putting in batteries from my old remote). This was a replacement for my original Samsung remote where the input button didn’t work. Happy to save some money by getting this unbranded remote that works just as well.

We ordered this by stock # and model # for our new Samsung 75" tv.. so we can both have one handy.. this unit, while "close" isn't what it say it it.. It DOES control our tv but it's missing the "HULU, PRIME, and NETFLIX dedicated buttons.. You can still navigate to them with some work, it's "ok" enough to keep, but we're not really happy with it.:::: ** UPDATE 9-27-2019 .. AMAZINGLY, THE SELLER RESPONDED TO MY FEEDBACK PERSONALLY AND SENT THE CORRECT REMOTE OUT OF HIS WAREHOUSE.. HE SAID IT WASN'T SHOWN ON AMAZON, BUT HE STOCKED THEM... AND SURE NUFF'!!! TODAY, WE RECEIVED THE EXACT REMOTE WE WANTED .. SO KOODOOS TO THE SELLER, GREAT RESPONSE, AND FOLLOWUP.
