VOTATU ML40S 1450 Lumens Tactical Flashlight with Pressure Switch Compatible with M-Lok Rail Weapon Light for Rifle, Strobe Function, Magnetic Rechargeable

I put this one on a home defense shotgun so that I can easily control the light without letting go of any part of the firearm. This does that perfectly. Since I’m not a daily operator, and I’ll probably never actually need to use this shotgun for its intended purpose, I didn’t want to spend too much on it. This fit the bill very well and seems very reliable. Great value, easy to install and charges fast. I might buy more for future builds.

It's not 1450 lumens by any stretch but it's more than bright enough to get the job done. Has a high & low setting plus strobe function w/magnetic charger. Pressure switch works great. The only downside is you can't switch between high/low without pressing a button on the back of the light. The pressure switch is only good for momentary on with off on release. Or static on/off & engaging the strobe function you can't select light intensity. So this severely limits where you can attach the light because if you can't reach the back of it you won't conveniently be able to switch between high and low. Otherwise this is the only downside and I would highly recommend it for the money.

Great Light is very bright, but can be complicated to change the settings and is longer and thicker than it appears in pictures. It would not fit my 10.5in ar15 pistol comfortably which is what I bought it for. But I moved to a 16in ar15 and works great with a 15in hand guard and is very low profile. 👍

Ez set up. Great little light. What would make it exceptional, is if it was a zoomable beam.

This is the best bang for your buck it’s extremely bright. Well built and very affordable. I left the light on after the range and a couple days later I opened my bag to still find the light extremely bright and working. Another great feature with this light is that you don’t need to remove it off your gun like other lights you can just easily attach the magnetic charger and it’s charging. 10/10 strongly recommend and for the price it’s hard to beat. It comes with mounting instructions that are easy to follow and extra screws if you decide to mount it else wear. So far I haven’t found anything for the price point that compares to this light.

This worked perfectly with my AR pistol and is really bright and a great addition to it

The components themselves are decent quality apart from the switch and the wiring to be somewhat on the flimsy and cheap side. There are many fasteners for the light itself, as well as a mounting bracket for the press pad, M-Lok and Picatinny options for the press pad mount. Installation was typical for M-Lok accessories, and the magnetic charging is a nice quality touch. The flashlight itself is very bright and easy to power on, using the press pad to switch it on/off. There is an additional button on the back of the light itself and that toggles the brightness between low and high. Double-tapping the on/off press pad will also toggle a strobe light function. Overall, it is a good light for light duty. I mention light duty due to the fact that the light now has an intermittent issue with powering on and off regardless of the battery charge. I noticed after a heavy range day with hundreds of rounds and substantial heat, the flashlight stopped working until I removed it and unscrewed the battery compartment to inspect for any damage. I was able to get it to power on occasionally, however, the issues remained where I could not power on/off the light itself half the time. I've no idea whether the heat or the constant recoil from my AR had caused any damage to the contacts inside, but either way this product should be able to handle something like that. Not a bad flashlight, but you definitely get what you pay for with this one.

had it for 2 years and charged it once and forgot about it. Probably i used it less than half an hour throughout the 2 years I've had it and just saw it again super amazed that it still had charge and didn't get batery drained light still bright

Much better than the first model. The indent for the forward Mloc bolt acts as a grip and the remote switch works well. The mode switch is terrible.
