Just made a single egg batch of peppermint creams and they are almost dry enough to coat after 30 minutes normally takes 24 hours. Easy to scale up or down I found that 1/2 a teaspoon of powder with 3 dessertspoons' of water is the same as the 3 grams 28ml water the pack says. They also whip up to stiff peaks in double quick time.

Does the job, probably will be ordering again
