Very poor quality product it has no strength it got broken within 1 year of purchase even after using by only one person most of the time.Total waste of money as if you need to re assemble it you will not find any screw and bolts which are there with this bedAssemble is also very tough and it takes lot of efforts to their team also.

The bed is quite good and with ample box storage. Specially the bottom of the box is provided with proper wood base, which is not there in most beds. As it is of engineered wood we just have to be careful in not shifting it too much once it is installed.

Lousy product, very bad quality, cheap items used. Hardware missing. Installation not done and even after giving the Carpenters bill , the charges r not paid,. Very very bad seller, product and even amazon customer care never fulfilled the commitment. Never buy this product from amazon.

I Iiked the product. It was same as I was expected. Packaging was done very nicely.Assembly service was late but finally a well experienced technician came done the job properly

Product is ok.. storage is good but not sure of long lasting. But very disappointed to tell that no furniture assembling was done through Amazon or the Vecare furniture guys even after rescheduling the date as no one was willing to get the job done in my area. We had initiated for return of the furniture but last moment we ourselves got the bed fixed using the manual not sure if we completed as many screws and hinges are left out. We are disappointed with the service in this context.

This product has given me a new opinion on Amazon. I have always been a customer of it and I really (used to) love their customer service, but nowadays I get to know that it is completely down the drain because the customer has been uninformed and misinformed throughout the process. Here is what happened.First of all, by the time the product arrived at my doorstep it was already damaged. Then it was picked up by a wrong person. Then the pickup was not successful from the delivery agent to the vendor. Then after multiple follow-ups to be precise after 10 to 15 follow-ups with the customer service, they mentioned that replacement is not possible and refund will be processed after five to six working days.They have also sent multiple incorrect emails to the customer stating wrong information about the status of product, status of return pickup, status of refund and replacement. This is a totally unacceptable behavior from customer service as well as Amazon service and seller. Amazon solimo.

The cushion on the headboard makes a good backrest and the storage it quite spacious. Good product.
