The comfort on the chair is great, gives good lumbar support and the massager part definitely helps it is very mild and overall seems quite well built. It is very easy to assemble too. The noise of the massager is low but it does exist

This is initial impression review. Comfortable for long sittings. Quality is Okay as compare to other gaming chairs from Green Soul. I would suggest go for mesh office chair instead of gaming chair in this price bracket.
