Very useful appliance for home food preservation. I tested it with onions, carrots, and apples, and the dehydration was even and consistent. The food turns completely crisp while retaining its natural taste. The adjustable trays are practical, and the manual provided is helpful with temperature and timing guidance. Easy to use, easy to clean, and the auto shut-off feature adds convenience during longer runs. Great alternative to sun drying and a good option for making homemade powders and healthy snacks.

The dehydrator worked only twice and then completely stopped working. It no longer turns on despite proper usage and care. This is unacceptable for a new appliance and shows very poor build quality. Not recommended unless the brand improves product reliability and after‑sales support.

The Agro Regal food dehydrator is truly chhota pack, bada dhamaka. It works smoothly and is perfect for dehydrating food. I faced an issue and raised a warranty request - Payal Ghosh from customer service replaced the unit within 5 days. Excellent product quality and outstanding support. Highly recommended.

It works very well. It's useful for home purpose. Quality is decent according to price and lightweight. It is very easy to use compact and dry fast.

Product is really very good.Unfortunately it stopped working abruptly after about a month .On contacting customer service,they promptly agreed to replace it.Product picked up from my home and new product was dispatched promptly . It works well. But the plastic is of inferior quality. It is breaking easily. Because of that the product life will be very less. They should improve the quality of the plastic trays.

This item is very useful to dry the items like chicken, fish and vegetables. It has saved wastage of those, as we could dry, and keep it for future use. It is easy to use and easy for cleaning also. After usage of 2 months, suddenly it stopped working, when I call customer care, they immediately responded and given replacement. we bought it 15 days ago. it worked well for few days. But all of a sudden when we used it 3rd time, after setting the time and temperature , it worked for a second and then stopped. since then it has not been working. Have raised a complain with Agaro as well. We need help here. Give us a replacement or refund.
