Seriously Sinister Fun Figures
These are figures which may have originally been made as superhero or supervillain figures, but I bought them to use as demigods and demons in solo fantasy wargaming. They are a larger scale than I usually use --they are well over the 54 mm scale and tower over the 1/72 scale I use them with. One type (there are several figures of each type) seems to be a Norse Thor type with a short ax, others look to be assassins with daggers and curved swords, some might be wizards with beards and cloaks that might double as wings. Half the figures are grey, the other half are a rich red-brown. I use them as competing pantheons. Overall, they are just about perfect for the purpose I bought them for; they could also be used independently in combats among themselves. Since they are sturdy plastic, they could be used even by young children, though personally I am a veteran gamer of 74.

Great set.
Classic figures. The "delicensed retooled Marvel figs" aspect is a fun story tidbit. Sculpts are hokey but charming, plastic is high quality, size is great for kids. I bought them to convert to 28mm scale gaming minis, for D&D, which would make them quite large in that scale and limited in use but I knew I was signing up for that. They converted well, plastic was good to work with, took paint well after wire brush scrub, joy to work with.

Wonderful imaginative play addition.
My son loves these figures! They make for great imaginative play. An excellent addition to any battle. They are durable and stand with a nice wide base.
