It’s an okay extruder several attachments who is nice, cleaning brush is handy. No directions enclosed, if you never used one may be a bit tricky. Make sure you use soft clay, works better.

First time trying this at home for my hand building projects and it’s saving a lot of my time and space. Not sure why Amazon is saying this item is frequently returned, but I will keep it. I love it.

One handle was broken in the box. The other one completely fell apart after about 10 ft. I’m keeping it because we are moving don’t have time to take back so we stuck a wood dowel in and even tho it doesn’t turn it’s still usable. Would not purchase this brand again.

I was a bit surprised how well this thing is crafted. It's built strong, and things fit well like they should without loose parts that clay would get jammed into. Very smooth squeeze operation and it seems to be all aluminum, so rust won't be an issue. It's a solid 10/10 for a tool, I've been using it for cup handles and it's really easy. I'm impressed
