Causes horrific static on my laptop. External speakers have alot of static/white noise

The media could not be loaded. While it works and charges fine my laptop (Acer Nitro 5 AN517-54-77KG) but this thing makes a click sound every time I plug it and it worries me a little. Maybe if you plan to plug and forget it will be alright (which was my intended usage, one at home OEM and this one at work) but I certainly cannot leave home with peace of mind and leave this thing connected to the power outlet.No UL logo, no FCC logo.I would not buy it.230W Laptop AC Charger Fit for Acer.
