Just read the book by Dr Ardis and bought this detox. Tastes great IMO no need for a chaser. Reminds me of a Negroni, very sweet and somewhat bitter at once. Hope it's working. I was never v@xxd but have been around people who have been and I do know it sheds.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because of the taste. I have been taking it twice a day though. I can say I feel lighter and am beginning to feel some different so prayerfully it's helping. The taste is worth it if it helps as far as I'm concerned.

This was recommended by my amazing NP. Had some health issues going on. Just recently had my yearly physical and my bloodwork, BP, weight are just where I need to be. The taste is awful. Was telling my NP she said put it in coffee and you can’t even taste it. It doesn’t ruin any creamer you add to coffee!

Immediate results for me. Added this to a regimen that includes several other products from this company along with giving up alc, healthy diet & fitness work (cardio).
