I’ve been using polygel on my nails for the past 18 months and it takes so long that i just got bored of having to do my own nails so I bought this, thinking it would be easier and LORD it is sooooo much better!! It’s a stunning colour and looks like a natural nail, and it goes on so easily and smoothly and it’s so easy to manipulate it to the shape you want! My nails have been absolutely slaying recently because of builder gel, I don’t think I’ll ever use a different product to be honest.

I bought this gel specifically to do refills on my nails because I read that it is quite thick and not runny. I have to say it is great, it does not leak and is really easy to apply as a filler. It is a bit trickier to use on the whole nail, but the colour is lovely, it is easy to shape, and the durability is excellent. It has a nice self-leveling texture, cures evenly under LED light, and has no strong smell. Overall, it’s very effective for what I need. The price is convenient too. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Overall really enjoyed this product, I've nothing to compare it to as it’s my first time using builder gel. It took me a few attempts to get the hang of it, but once I figured it out application is quite easy. The consistency is quite gloopy so I opted for several thin layers, curing between each layer. After curing I did notice some shrinkage at the tips so had to go back for a final coat to make sure my tips were completely covered. Wiped with acetone and a lint free wipe but the finish was still really sticky, finished with a gel topcoat to get the desired result. Including prep time I spent a leisurely 3 hours completing both hands, I expect now I know what to do it will take half the time next time. The picture is exactly one week since application, no major chips, no peeling and no sign of the coming off anytime soon. I’d definitely give it a go if you’re considering it, much cheaper option than a nail bar and I don’t think it looks too bad for a first attempt.

Really wanted to love this, I have been doing my own nails for about 5 years and I tend to use beetles. I tried this as I love the pink glitter shade and I do love the colour and how they look. My issue is that when you use a fine brush for the sides the gel doesn’t seem to level its self so you can sometimes have like a ridge in the nail where the brush has been. Also I predominately wear dark clothes and the colour of the dyes stains the nails, my other nude/pinks from other brands don’t stain.

It is gloopy and harder to work with because of this. I find it soo much better to get as much excess from the brush Into the bottle and then wipe clean with a lint free cloth. This stops it running down the neck and flooding the brush. How ever, it's so hard wearing,sets super hard not flexible like some I have used. Doesn't peel at all. It does still have a sticky layer which isn't easily removed like other brands but a top coat makes a word of difference!! Only wish there were more shades to choose from.

Recomend! As a biginner nail tech, I love this product. It doesn’t run into the cuticle, I haven’t experienced peel off or air pockets with it. It’s very sturdy and long lasting because with it the retention is insane and it can last round 4weeks with good nail prep before hand. Recommend!
