Excellent product for fish batter, my Chef adore it, easy to use and very good quality result

Brilliant
Have always used 'GoldenFry' batter mix up until now because it's really good but this stuff is even better.Great taste,very crisp and brilliant value for money.After a bit of trial and error,i've found that 170 grms of mix with 1/2 a pint of ice-cold fizzy water makes the perfect amount of batter for 3 to 4 large fish fillets

Omg this batter mix is gr8, took a little bit 2 get the right amount for 2 people, but chicken, fish, sausages , burgers, all came out nice & crispy & I had to do it a battered marsbar

Damaged
Flour bag had a small split, was very nervous but decided to use hoping it was just in transport! it was very nice and everyone lived 😥 Not got a very long life wish that had been longer because l know we are going to be able to use that much in time.

1 star, paid nearly 15 quid for the bag to arrive split and batter mix all over the plastic bag it was wrapped in, unhygienic as dont know whats been near it couldve had mice near it wherever its been stored and short date aswell like im gunna use it all within 3 months, woupd never have purchased if id of known this
