Where is the presta valve core removal tool?

While the valve core remover notch exists on a tire lever, in practice it’s nearly useless. In order to screw on/off a valve core the spokes prevent you from unwinding given the position of the notch on the tire lever. In my view it’s totally impractical to use as a proper valve core remover

Can this be used with 12 speed chain?

I have a SRAM XO1 (52 tooth) set.. and I've used the Chain breaker of this tool and it worked good for me.

Do you use a tire lever to drive the chain tool? I'm concerned it would break, does it the plastic feel sturdy enough for that torque?

There's a metal hex key inside one of the tire levers. I've used it several times and it's plenty strong. You're more likely to break the platforms that hold the chain links than you are the tire lever.
