Great panels, easy to apply and really reliable in terms of sticking to the wall!

The description said that these panels help with soundproofing and reducing noise, it’s the reason I bought them due to having stressful noisy neighbours but they don’t help at all. Not recommended, do not waste your money!

Excellent delivery - good quality and easy to fit. Can’t comment on sound-proofing yet as not been tested. But just what I have been looking for. Very pleased.

Helped but not there is a limited to what you can expect. I would say they help but if it's sound proofing you want rather than sound reduction thus may not be for you
