I have bilateral foot drop associated with MD. I have used many other types of AFO. These are by far my favorite. You will definitely need to slowly increase your time wearing them to allow your feet time to adjust. I wear them just over my socks and don't put the insole between my foot and the brace.

dID NOT COME WITH THE INFLATABLE BALL AS ADVERTISED.

I love this brace, but stopped wearing it. Every time I walk it's really noisy! Wish I could figure out how to fix that!
