Love color, easy rolling. Had to send back because it didn’t fit my 16” laptop. Disappointing. Measure corner to corner, not length.

Although I am returning this, it is a decent case with good storage. The reason I am returning it is because my laptop doesn’t fit in the front pocket. I specially need this to fit laptop in the front pocket and have this accessibility because I have issue with my hands. Pointless for me to have this otherwise. It has side pocket. There are clips on inside. It rolls well. The design is good. Not super heavy.

Well made and easy to pull. Have used multiple times and it seems very durable.

I bought 3 of their medium sized carry ons. Very good design. But, the wheels are not well made. The videos by previous buyers will show how smooth they turn and move in flat surface, but they were empty luggages. When loaded, this luggage is so hard to maneuver in flat and smooth surface, pavements, cobble stone streets, especially in airport or hotel carpets. We had a hard time pulling or pushing this luggage when loaded. You will definitely have a hard time maneuvering in subways and metros.

I’ve been using this carry-on every other weekend for about a year now. It’s durable, there’s plenty of room for a weekend’s worth of clothing and toiletries. The laptop sleeve is convenient, and the quality of the outer and the zipper seem to be holding up well. If they added a water bottle holder, it would be perfect.
