I have been using this strawberry powder in smoothies and in puddings. It's delicious and has a very strong, authentic strawberry flavour. I will definitely repurchase. It isn't always easy to find nice, tasty fresh strawberries and this powder is a very good substitute in my opinion.

Nice strawberry flavour. I have used to flavour smoothies and also matcha lattes. I also appreciated how it was packaged, when you open it there is another layer inside. Normally I would be against this, but with this type of powder I feel that it helps.

Excellent flavor, pure strawberry with no off tastes, and beautiful color, albeit a little on the dark red side. I’ve made strawberry tiramisu with it, sieving it over the ladyfingers as well as over the top of the dessert and layering in some sliced fresh strawberries. Family loved it! Also scrumptious in strawberry shortcake too. Add to crème patissiere for a lovely strawberry filling for choux puffs (imagine a croquembouche with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry crème fillings), yum! Will definitely buy again.
