La Cameo 5 para mí ha sido una herramienta súper útil. Yo trabajo, atiendo la casa y aun así me gusta hacer mis cosas personalizadas, y esta máquina me ayuda bastante. Corta muy bien vinil, papel, cartón delgadito y muchas cosas más, sin estar batallando. Lo que más me gusta es que no hace tanto ruido y trabaja rápido, así que mientras estoy haciendo otras cosas, ella va haciendo su corte.

Love my Cameos..but not this one.
This is my 5th machine I've owned. It is very finicky and doesn't take much to throw it off. I'm having to use an air blower daily to make sure no little paper is in there...I did my other machine too just for kicks, the 5 had a small piece of paper near the track...my 4 had tons and was still working great. When it works the quality and speed are awesome, I'm just having to do a lot of troubleshooting.

Fantastic machine, when it works
Buyer beware. The Cameo 5 is a nice machine but Silhouette America support is subpar. I purchased the machine in February 2024 and within two months it was broken, I probably only used the machine 5 times and then the left pinch roller broke, obstructing the movement of the cutting head (tool carrier). No problem, the machine is still under warranty, right? Good luck trying to contact Silhouette America for support. They have a 1-800 number which is just a recording which claims that agents are available using online chat. All I can find is a chat bot. I've used the chat bot multiple times and still no response from the company. I have emailed them and also tried to contract them on Instagram. Every attempt has resulted in no response from the company. I feel like I spent hundreds of dollars on a giant paper weight.
