This salt if very flavorful and can replace processed salt. It is ancient unprocessed salt. Contains 84 different minerals that are very helpful to take in as part of your diet.

I liked the mineral content and the fact that unlike many sea salts being harvested around the world today, you're not getting the microplastics. I'm not doctor but if you can keep that kind of stuff from entering your system I think you're better off. I also think this is a nice gift to give anyone. No matter what age (above 18) race, religion, ethnicity, etc. the person you're giving the gift to chances are they use salt several times a week. So if you give them the best quality salt, which is this product / Redman's sea salt, they'll be using it and thinking of your gift often. And it also gives you something to discuss. Or buy it for yourself and you won't be disappointed either.

Love this salt. Use it to cook with and swish with. Fixed receeding gums.

I was told I had high blood pressure and to stop using salt. I decided to throw away my refined grocery store salt and opted instead to use unrefined with all the minerals still intact. I lay it on heavy, and I slather this stuff on all my food, giving no thought whatsoever to rationing amounts, instead, I rely on my body to process this natural, unrefined salt, and it does just that. My blood pressure is normal now. Do I think it's the salt? Maybe, maybe not, but I know this, the human body was made to handle salt, but it wasn't designed to process garbage salt.
