Seems to pretty accurate. The pulse usually lines up with my Visible armband and I know my BP usually runs low and have noticed that it does read my average apart from the times it does run a bit high for me. In my experience it seems to be reliable.The cuff is comfortable and easy to put on. I have a small wrist and it fits perfectly.As far as portability, I carry it with me in the case along with the cord and a wall plug which all fits nice within the case it came with any time I go out in my backpack.As a fellow POTSIE, I highly recommend for people with chronic illness or anyone who needs to be checking their BP along with their hr on a regular. I do also keep a log of my readings as a back up in my med app in case I need to print it off for Dr visits.

I monitor my blood pressure and wanted an easy item to use at home, unless the upper arm cuffs. This is easy to use and has a large lighted display. To test its accuracy, I brought it to my recent doctor appointment and got a reading, then the assistant took my blood pressure with an arm cuff and stethoscope to compare readings. They were the same, so I can rely on this device to produce accurate readings. So much easier than an arm cuff and doesn’t hurt when it gets tight. I hope my review is helpful to you.

I had a concern about the wrist device accuracy. I did a sequential measurement using my home arm blood pressure device with the wrist device and compared four measurements and found the wrist measurement device was on average about 8 points higher with the wrist device than my trusted arm device. So I concluded that if I subtract 8 from the wrist blood pressure measurement I will have a trusted result. The comparison would have been superior if I had compared the wrist measurements with a high quality Doctor's device since I had never compared my personal blood pressure device I use in my home device that I have used for years.

I have a BP upper arm cuff but I don't like the long cord and the squeezing on my arm. I thought this looked like a good option because of the wrist placement and NO cord.I received this yesterday and I've taken my BP four times at different times of the day. It seems to be accurate.It's super easy to properly place on the wrist. It takes about 30 seconds from start to stop and it doesn't squeeze the wrist to the point of pain. It's firm but not painfully so.Because of its small size I can leave it in a place that makes it readily available which encourages me to use it more regularly than the prior upper arm cuff. The readings are clear and there's an audible delivery on instructions and reading.I've been noticing my BP has been creeping up and am working on reducing it through diet and exercise. I have peace of mind knowing that I'm self-monitoring in between visits with my doctor.Because it's so easy to use and so portable, I'm very happy with this product- well worth it!

I've had it for a week to start monitoring my Bp Doctors orders.I like the Fact that is records your reedings for 2 people . i can use my wife as a way of calibration to see if my reedings are nomal or a bad reeding but it doesn't mess up my average. so im person 1 and my wife is person 2. after about 5 or so test for each person it starts to give you a average BP reading when you click the memory button plus you can go click thru and see each reading. I find if i take my readings first thing in the morning its best. i like the wrist strap better that the bicep cuff. I love the rechargeable . voice volume is good. screen is easy to read. feels like good quality.

Not having to deal with AA or AAA batteries is a big convenience.It comes with a sturdy case that makes it easy to pack for trips or just keep organized at home. It also stores multiple readings.Solid build, compact size, and no hassle. Definitely a good buy if you want to keep an eye on your blood pressure without overcomplicating things.

This was extremely affordable and shipped quickly. I was worried about the fit, as I have very small wrist, but it seems to fit perfect. It’s very easy to use, and much more comfortable than the arm cuff type of monitor. The display is big, bright and easy to read, and I like that it voices the results as well. It’s small, came with a case which makes it great to travel with if needed. It seems great quality, and the fact it can be charged is a huge plus!

This seems to work very well in taking my blood pressure. I was careful to choose a unit that offered a 2 user option and that was rechargeable so I didn't need to go hunting for batteries. It has voice to provide guidance and announce results, which I promptly disabled. What I never imagined would not be a feature would be date and time display. Duh! And I am not sure that I like the averaging of the last 3 tests. But overall, it seems to be well made and accurate.
