Healthy addition to your daily routine.
I’ve been using this jackfruit flour mainly to mix with my regular atta for chapatis, and it’s been a great addition. It doesn’t change the taste much, but I do feel lighter after meals and it keeps me full for longer. What I really like is that it’s natural, gluten-free, and seems to help with sugar control. The packaging is neat and feels trustworthy. Overall, a simple, healthy upgrade to my daily routine.

Happy with the product
Roti atta was added with 1 spoon of jack fruit flour and roties remained fresh and moisture was enough to keep fresh for whole day. Rooties cooked without this flour used to be soggy when stored in hotpot. Said benefit of blood sugar control of the product is still not verified since it will take 3 months. But initial effect is good. Also after taste leaves clean palate unlike without this flour. Overall happy with few usages.
