Trodat Printy 4750 Date Stamp with English Message Received – Self Inking, Red Ink Date and Blue Ink Text

My old one stopped rotating the date so I went hunting for a new one. This new "date received" stamp is crisp and easy to read. Comes loaded with two ink colors and works as you would expect. Fair price, good product, happy recipient!

I've been retired from office work for a couple decades, so a "received" stamp has been a want more than a need. I was excited to find this type of stamp for the price I paid. With a little practice and a solid, stable surface to stamp, the impression is very clean and attractive. When an important document, or warranted item from Amazon comes in, I stamp it (or the box) immediately to preclude any doubt later.

Works well, easy to adjust date and I appreciate the space to write in the stamped space. My only complaint would be that there isn’t a nice plate or cover for it. It does lock up and inside the product itself but still for me personally I would like something that maybe it clicks into to help it sit nicely and be covered just in case you forget to slide the lock button or something. ( I have kept it in the box with the flaps cut off)

We needed a second date stamper in our office. The office products store wanted a fortune for the same kind. Found this one at this great price. Works perfectly.

I bought the version that shows the paid box with a date. The date part works great, easy enough to set, stamps well. There is no stamp for the outer box that says date. The ink pad is two toned as if it should stamp part blue and the date red, but there is only a rubber part for the date. Unless I’m missing something that should be obvious, this is only half of what I was given to understand I was ordering. EDITED TO ADD: the stamp I received was actually defective, Amazon replaced the stamp and I am very happy with the replacement. Updated star rating as well.

The received with date stamp is a good quality and low cost. I expect to get years of use from this date stamp.

I have no complaints. Leaves a very bright clear mark reminding me when an item hit my desk. A very useful tool. I don't know yet how long the ink lasts in the pad, but it's still working well so far.
