The clock is quite nice but arrived with a large scratch down the whole face. The small hand was loose and dropped regularly. I contacted the seller asking to return and for a refund, after some debate (they offered a refund of £3 which funnily enough I declined) I received a full refund. It's a shame as the clock is quite attractive and I'm sure if I had an undamaged one I would have been happy with it.
