I absolutely love these non-slip treads for my stairs! Initially, I was planning to buy a full-length runner because I wasn’t confident these treads would look good, but I’m so glad I decided to try them. They turned out to be even more beautiful than I expected and have completely transformed the look of my staircase. Now, I wouldn’t have it any other way! The quality and design of the treads are fantastic—they add a stylish and elegant touch to my home. However, I do have one small recommendation. While the treads are advertised as non-slip, I noticed they tend to shift a bit when you walk on them. To address this, I used a strong double-sided tape underneath each tread to keep them securely in place, and it worked perfectly. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my purchase. If you’re considering these, I highly recommend them. Just be prepared to add some extra adhesive if needed. With that minor adjustment, these treads are absolutely worth it!

Beautiful stair treads that make my stairs safer for People and pets. I love my stairs but every so often the digs tumble down and so do I. I figured I better do something before someone got hurt. I have been wanting a runner for years but never got one because I wouldn’t be able to easily clean it. These treads are perfect for what I needed. They have a grippy back but I reinforced with double sided tape. It says they are machine washable so I’m not sure if the rubber back will hold up. They are not rigid so I’m guessing it will deteriorate. I plan to spot clean them. The treads came with a small amount of tape but I bought an extra roll to make sure I had enough for the project. Took me about 20 or 30 minutes to arrange, add tapes, and press on. Great product. The tread carpet has a soft feel, not bulky, and are very reasonable priced.

Pretty solid stair treads. Look good and quality seems good, but while the stickiness is okay, it could be a little better, which is why I'm dropping a star. We ended up having to use some rug tape under them to keep them consistently straight. As long as you're okay with that, I'd say they're worth it!

These stair treads look great and feel high quality. Installation was easy, and they include a small complimentary roll of adhesive tape to help get started. Although the backing is rubber, they can still shift on hardwood stairs, so using additional tape is recommended. I ended up using Gorilla double-sided tape, which worked very well. I’ll update my review later with long-term feedback.

Nice product. Looks pretty good. I bought them in black. It's a nice neutral tone weave. Looks better in person, but the pictures are fairly accurate too. Expect them to move a bit as they are not adhesive. Bought these for all of my wood stairs to protect my 75 lb dog from slipping and falling, which she did about 2 weeks ago before I purchased. It was a header down several stairs and it definitely hurt, but didn't injure her thankfully. She definitely feels more secure in her footing. You can tell by how she moves up and down them now. They feel nice under your feet as well. You should expect them to shift a bit as they are NOT adhesive. DONT put anything adhesive on your gorgeous wood stairs. We did this years ago for our geriatric girl who passed about 2 years ago. The adhesive breaks down, soaks in to the wood, and it took a toxic chemical to clean them up, but they will never look the same as that adhesive soaked in to the wood. At that time, we used FLOR carpet tiles and their recommended adhesive. Huge mistake.

Waited over a year to review - These are nice and easy to use up front, look good and do their job, but they do not stand the test of time. In less than a year, they are extremely worn and fraying. This is not the type of product I want to replace annually, that feels wasteful.

These are almost perfect. They grip well, complement the cabin and create a safer stair for renters and guests. We did not want to compromise the beautiful wooden stairs we have with a runner, so these treads are perfect. The only downside side is they curl up out of the box and take a while to flatten out…

Worked like a charm for my dog to have the confidence to go up and down open back stairs. It's great for rental apartments as it doesn't damage the floor. The only draw back is it does move around a little bit, so every other day I just give it a quick "straightening out." Which takes less than 1 minute.

These were EXACTLY what I was looking for. I just did a basement Reno and wanted to add a touch of finess to my basement staircase while also keeping everything cost effective. These step carpets are made with quality, they have that rattan/woven country cozy look, durable, easy to wash, and we were able to cut the edges with an exacto knife for the bottom steps. The in,y thing left to do is to tape them down to the steps securely using basic carpet tape. The bottom side of the stair treads do not have adhesive, they do adhere to the step, just not securely and nor did they promise. Step 2, get the tape for added protection and easy cleanup when one needs to wash the step treads.

My little dog was so hesitant to come down our wooden stairs because she would slip. It got to the stage where I had to carry her down. As soon as I put the mats down she was able to come down straight away and has not faltered every since. Have have had them for 5 months now and wouldn't be without them. The video shows her coming down 2 mins after I had put them down. She is even faster now. I wasn't able to load two videos otherwise I would have shown you how hesitant she was to come down without the mats.

They still slip and move when going up and down stairs. NOT SAFE
