It works EXCELLENT!! I just had major surgery, and by health care worker told me specifically to get the Manuka honey. I'm so glad she was specific about the Manuka. This stuff works incredibly well, and heals open wounds so quickly! I'll never buy any other type of honey again.

Good delivery and good product

Optiteknik Manuka Honey Gauze dressing is a practical answer to ulcerated wounds. The gauze sticks well to the skin and is not painful to remove. It is close to a natural cure and works very well for open wounds. Once applied and bandaged to keep in place, it sure stays on for 24 hours. I highly recommend it for wound care. Pat Rao

Very good product, size is great for wound that needed to be covered. Better than putting a glob of medihoney on gauze and having it ooze everywhere.

This product is great for skin tears. I had a horrible area on my lower leg that was treated with xeroform gauze for two weeks with little improvement. But Wound Care Specialty applications with honey gauze resulted in rapid closure like magic. I have now added this to my emergency kit for at home use.

This honey gauze is gd stuff. I use it on my 84 mother's boo boo that she got from falling down the front porch steps. A little pricey but it don't stick to her boo boo and it's helping to heal it. Once this is gone I cant afford to buy more. But I also have 2 tube's of medihoney to put on it. And some oil emulsion pads/gauze that also don't stick to it. It's worth the money tho.
