Excellent product! Easy smooth melt and hardens a bit longer than most, but consistency and taste very good!

It was easy to use and tasted great. Took a while to harden up though. It’s important to note that I am not an expert and this was my first time doing these kind of treats. I made these for my baby shower and people loved them for the taste.

How I make chocolate-covered strawberries at home: Melt the desired amount of chocolate in a heat-safe bowl over the steam of boiling water (double boiler method). Once fully melted, mix in one teaspoon of coconut oil to add shine and smoothness. Take strawberries straight from the refrigerator, dip them into the chocolate, and place them back in the fridge immediately until they set. Simple, delicious, and professional-quality results every time. Highly recommended!

The chocolate is good but the packaging and shipping could be better. The wafers melted into a clump. Not good . I can use them but I will need an ax to break up the brick.

Using pumpkin molds, and these terrific chocolate melting wafers yielded some tasty and nice looking desserts for Thanksgiving. Easy to melt, easy to use, easy to clean up. I can recommend Merckens every time!

The chocolate works fine in my little pots that are made for fondue and chocolate molding, but it does take longer to melt these ones if you want milk chocolate I would probably use chocolate chips, but if you want a bigger supply, this would work. I just don’t agree with the price or that you can’t use EBT to purchase it. Otherwise it taste fine and it can be shaped easily
