I've used it once so far, on a really bad stubborn stain on our living room carpet. This Zennox PET is strong and has cleaned the area really well. I'll repeat the clean and extend the clean area in due course. One minor niggle concerns the removal & replacement of the clean liquid container that has to be prized at an angle out of its place and similarly reversed back into place - it's tight going in & out & doesn't feel secure for the long term. The arrangement on the dirty fluid container is so much easier & more sensible. But, this machine cleans well. All in all 9/10 so far.

This is so handy! It wouldn't be ideal for cleaning an entire carpet because of the small size but it's great for spillages (or dog accidents!) and I've also used it to clean my car seats. Really easy to use with two pull out water containers - dirty and clean. Just plug it in, press the power button, and away you go. Very easy to carry around and store. It's amazing (or horrifying) the colour of water it will pull out of your carpets you thought were not too bad.

If you are clumsy like me or have kids, this is a life saver 🤗 it is not 100% effective of vacuuming the water, and the suction is not perfect but it does the job for spot cleaning

Well I've only used it once so far but I'm impressed and happy with my purchase. As per the title the machine is very easy to use and the instructions are clear. It is also simple to empty and clean the dirty water container which makes a nice change from the upright carpet shampooers I've used before. It seems powerful and left my carpet more or less dry. It's also compact to store and not at all heavy to carry around. I can see myself getting a lot of use out of this.

The spray button stopped working and every Time Machine is in water is spraying on.. just in 2 months it is broken . Not usable anymore … tried contacting seller but got stuck with multiple options
