Is an Allen wrench or other tool required to make adjustments to the handle bar and seat height?

It has quick release clamps for both the seat and handle bar adjustments, no tools required.

What is the weight limit?

The weight limit for the 12" bike is approximately 85lbs and for the 16" balance bike it has a 150lb weight limit. Does this compare to Strider Balance Bikes?

My granddaughter rides hers with a neighbor child who has a strider. They both prefer the bixe it is every bit as sturdy snd lightweight enough to carry up hills.

What is the age range for this? I have a 2 year old

It will depend on the child's height. The lowest the seat will measure is 11 inches from the ground and 17 inches is the tallest. It will normally fit a 3-6 year old. We do make a smaller 10" wheeled model with a basket if you would like to check that out.
