This handy little case works great! My dog is diabetic, and we carry his insulin whenever we go out of town. The packets stay cold for several hours. Once, we had no access to a refrigerator for about 12 hours, so we put it in this little pack with the frozen inserts, and put the pack in a small cooler, and even after 12 hours it was cold! I was impressed. There is room for needles and insulin, but not really enough space for more than a few days. It is very compact, though, and easy to carry. The case is very sturdy and well made, also.

I use this for my diabetes medicine to keep in refrigerator and it works well. It has nice insulation to keep it cold outside of refrigeration.

I'm impressed with the quality of this carrier. The material is thick and the zipper is high quality, not flimsy at all. You can choose the color , either black and gray and I chose gray. It has a handy strap on it so it looks more like a small handbag. It is big which was important to me. It is designed to hold a lot of medication. I was easily able to put 6 thick pens in it as shown in the pictures. I probably could fit three more folding them into the other side if you only used one of the ice packs. It comes with two ice packs which are significantly larger than other packages. There is a pocket for an ice pack on the front and another on the back. The inside of it is lined with the shiny type lining and looks pretty wet-proof. The medication is held in sort of a wallet that goes on the inside, and that wallet has various pockets and elastic straps to hold in the stuff. On the front of the wallet is a small pocket perfect for adding your Rx. One of the very best features in my opinion is that it has a velcro strip down the side of the package inside so that the wallet attached by velcro to the outer package which will keep it from rummaging around too much during transport. TSA compatible so that's super important.

This little cooler is mighty! I use it to transport vials of medication when traveling. It is compact, easy to slip in to my carry-on bag, and keeps my meds cold for at least 6 hours. It holds 3 vials (20 ml, 10 ml, 5 ml) in their original tiny boxes. Its a tight fit, bit works! Need to keep in original packaging to maintain Rx info. Would definitely recommend!

Bought this for my type 1 diabetic son, so that we can travel with his insulin and not worry about it going bad or being wasted. It keeps cool for quite some time and has a lot of little pouches for all the different supplies we have to carry. The only issue I have, and the reason I’m not giving five stars, is because once the frozen pads are put in, it significantly decreases the storage space. I can only fit about two insulin pens and some needles in it with the frozen pads in place. However, it’s very sturdy and well made. The zipper is pretty thick so I’m not worried about it busting open if I shove an extra couple needles in. Great find and overall I’m happy we have it.

Small and compact holds up to six pins and keeps them cool in a car all day great for long distance traveling ice packs refreeze over-night and last all day
