Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron Everyday Pan, 11", Artichaut

I have had a Le Creuset dutch oven for over 20 years and I love it. My dutch oven is great for many things, but this pan is so much more versatile and I use it much more. This is lighter, wider, and deep “enough” for most things I make. It is easy to clean and retains heat well on my electric (glass) cooktop. I have yet to find a “hot spot” or experienced uneven cooking (which often happens with my green pan skillets on the same cooktop.) I knew that the pan did not come with a lid and thought that I would not mind - but it turns out that I did mind. At first I used my old stand-by - a pizza pan, but then I tried the largest lid I own, a glass and metal model (pictured) from 1KEA - it fits perfectly and is super light weight! This combo is now the closest thing to perfect that I have in my kitchen.

This is an extremely well made, hugely versatile pan. I use it often and consider it to be a mainstay of my kitchen cookware. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

I have been using another brand of cast iron for years. The cookware has performed well. However this pan is now my go to pan. Cleaning is easy and fast. The pan is somewhat lighter. Heat is distributed more evenly than in the other cast iron but that could be the cooktop itself. Pan is pricey but worth it

Where has this been all my life!? I already had a nice set of non-stick cookware but received this for Christmas. Let me start by saying my food is decent, editable but nothing amazing. After cooking with this...my eggs magically aren't burnt, and every meal I make tastes like it came from a restaurant! The color is amazing, cleaning is a breeze and it looks beautiful on my range. Yes it's pricy but so so worth it. Just buy it, you won't regret it!

The Le Creuset Everyday Pan is my “go to” pan for its size and ease of use and storage. I store my Le Crescent cookware on a heavy duty wrought iron rack. The classic Dutch oven nests inside of my everyday pan. Clean up is a breeze with its enamel black satin interior finish. I have an induction cooktop and and all of my Le Creuset cookware works effortlessly. I have even flawless cooking every single time. Great value for the price and there aren’t many cookware brands out there that can become family heirlooms like this brand.

I love my new Everyday pan from Le Creuset! I had always wanted one and it’s become my go to pan for meals. Heat distribution is great; gets real hot right away. Buy the lid—it is sold separately, and should really be included. I feel it’s needed for some dishes. Pricey but worth it. Not too heavy for cast iron. Rainbow of colors available—the blue I got is amazing.
