Works great. If you have soft hands buy gloves due to the friction from rubber handle but that is with all of this type of equipment. Easy to carry to the gym.

I’ve been using the VAIIO Forearm Strengthener and Wrist Roller for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The quick locking mechanism is super convenient, and it’s effective for building hand, wrist, and forearm strength. It’s a solid tool for both men and women, and it definitely adds a nice challenge to my strength training routine. That said, there are a couple of things I wish were improved. The handles, while durable, don’t feel long enough for my hands, especially during more intense sessions. It makes it a little uncomfortable to grip properly, and I find myself wishing the handles were a bit longer for better control. Additionally, the handles tend to get a bit slippery, especially when my hands start to sweat. A more textured or grippy surface would really help with stability and comfort during use. Despite these issues, the product still delivers good results, and I like how effective it is for strengthening the forearms and wrists. It’s a great tool overall, but I do think the handle design could use some improvement for better grip and comfort.

Before buying this, my forearms were like pencils, now they are like old growth limbs on a mighty oak tree. But really, I got this to strengthen my wrists, forearms and elbow supporting muscles after a golf injury. It worked great for that along with other strength training exercises.
